What is KivuPay?
KivuPay is a point-of-sale (POS) + ERP system designed for Mexican businesses. It combines sales, inventory, work orders, quotes, and customer management in a single platform that works 100% offline.
Does KivuPay work without internet?
Yes, KivuPay works 100% offline. All data is stored locally on your device using SQLite, and when an internet connection is available, it automatically syncs with the cloud. You will never lose a sale due to a lack of connection.
What devices can I use KivuPay on?
KivuPay is available for Windows, macOS, and as a web application. We also have mobile apps for iOS and Android that allow you to manage your business from anywhere.
Is KivuPay secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted both at rest and in transit. We perform automatic daily backups and comply with the most demanding security standards in the industry.
Pricing & Plans
How much does KivuPay cost?
We offer a free-forever plan with basic features. Our paid plans start at $250 MXN/month (Starter) and go up to $600 MXN/month (Business) for larger operations.
Can I try KivuPay before paying?
Yes, you can use our free plan with no time limit, or request a 14-day trial of any premium plan with no credit card required.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. All our plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time. We also offer a 20% discount if you choose annual billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SPEI bank transfers, and cash payments at OXXO. For Business plans we also offer credit billing.
Features
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes, with Pro and Business plans you can manage multiple points of sale and locations from a single dashboard. Each location can have its own inventory, employees, and reports.
Does KivuPay generate electronic invoices (CFDI)?
Yes, we have integration with SAT to generate CFDI 4.0 invoices directly from the system. Stamping is automatic and you can send invoices by email or WhatsApp to your customers.
Can I import my existing inventory?
Yes, you can import products from Excel or CSV files. We also offer free assisted migration from other point-of-sale systems.
What type of reports are included?
KivuPay includes sales reports, inventory, best-selling products, peak hours, employee performance, and trend analysis. Premium plans include AI-powered reports that generate automatic insights.
